This policy describes how Studio Deu handles personal data.

What I process
• What you send me on WhatsApp, Messenger or by email: your name, contact details, business name and the content of your message.
• If we work together: billing details and materials for the project.
• Technical data from visiting the website (IP address, browser, device), only as far as necessary.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer and deliver the work. The legal basis is negotiating and performing a contract, my legitimate interest for general questions, and a legal obligation for invoicing.
How long
Conversations that don’t lead to a project: at most 24 months from the last contact. Project data: for the duration of the project. Invoices: for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who receives it
• Framer (runs the website)
• Meta (WhatsApp and Messenger), if you message me on WhatsApp or Facebook
• my email provider
• the printer, if I arrange printing for you (only what it needs to print and deliver)
Some of these may process data outside the EU, always with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
Cookies
The website runs on Framer. Framer’s analytics use no cookies or persistent identifiers. The website uses no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, or complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Just email david@studiodeu.com.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I can’t reply to you.
