Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data Studio Deu collects, how it is used, and the rights you have in connection with its processing. It applies to all visitors and users of this website.

Data Controller

The controller of personal data is David Hendrych, operator of Studio Deu. You can contact me at david@studiodeu.com.

What Data I Collect

Through the contact form on the website, I may collect:

Name – so I know who I am speaking with.

Email address – so I can reply to you.

Message content – information you choose to provide about your project.

In addition, technical data may be processed automatically to the extent necessary when you visit the website, including your IP address, device and browser information, request time, and operational or security logs.

Why I Process Data

If you contact me about a specific project, I process your data in order to take steps at your request before we potentially enter into a working relationship. For general enquiries or messages, the legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your message. If we begin working together, processing is also based on performance of the contract.

How Long I Retain Data

I retain messages from the contact form only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication, and for no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless there is a reason to retain them for longer, such as an established working relationship.

Cookies and Analytics

The website runs on the Framer platform. According to the provider, Framer’s built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not require cookie consent. The website does not use any third-party advertising or marketing cookies.

Who Receives Data

I do not share data with any third parties except the hosting provider, Framer, which technically operates the website and without which it would not function.

Your Rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right:

Providing data through the contact form is voluntary, but without it I cannot respond to your message.

To access the data I process about you.

To correct inaccurate or outdated data.

To delete data where there is no longer a reason to process it.

To object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To restrict processing under the conditions set out in the GDPR.

To data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

To exercise any of these rights, contact me at david@studiodeu.com.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the way the website operates changes. The current version is always available on this page.
