These Terms describe the basic rules for using the Studio Deu website and the framework for working with me as a design service provider. Submitting an enquiry or browsing the website does not automatically create a contract or an obligation to work together.
Service Provider
Services on this website are provided by David Hendrych, operator of Studio Deu, contact: david@studiodeu.com.
Scope of Services
Studio Deu offers website design and development in Framer, together with related branding, graphic design and print materials. The specific scope, content and price of each project is always agreed individually based on an enquiry submitted through the website.
Enquiries and Orders
Submitting the contact form does not automatically establish a working relationship—it is the first step toward reaching an agreement. The binding terms of a specific project, including the scope of work, deadlines, price and payment, are always confirmed in writing, usually by email, before work begins.
Prices and Payments
Prices shown on the website are indicative. Website or brand projects are normally paid with a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% before the final deliverables are handed over. Smaller graphic-design jobs, such as a poster or one-off deliverable, are paid on completion. The specific price and payment terms are always confirmed before work begins.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including its text, graphics and work samples, is protected by copyright and may not be redistributed or modified without permission. Rights to the deliverables of a specific project are governed by the contract or agreement concluded with the client.
Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided as is. I aim to keep the information on the website current and accurate, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
