Who it’s for
I provide services to businesses. Consumer protection rules therefore don’t apply.
Services
Graphic design for restaurants, cafés and other businesses: visual identity, menus, print materials, window graphics, social media assets and websites. The scope, price and deadline of each project are agreed individually.
Orders
A message on WhatsApp or by email is an enquiry, not an order. A project becomes binding once we’ve confirmed the scope, price, deadline and payment in writing. A message or email is enough.
Prices and payment
The price of the Complete visual identity package is fixed as shown on the website and includes a one-page menu. Each additional menu page costs 1 000 Kč, where a page means one side of a sheet. Other work is quoted individually, and I confirm the price before work starts. Visual identities and websites are paid 50% upfront and 50% before handover. Smaller jobs are paid before the files are handed over. If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is not refunded.
Revisions
Minor revisions within the approved direction are unlimited and included. A new direction or a new piece of work is a new job, and we agree the price first.
Printing
If I arrange printing, you pay the printer directly. Nothing goes to print until you’ve approved the final version in writing. You’re responsible for the text, prices and other details in the approved version. Print defects, such as colour, trimming, paper or damage, are claimed with the printer, and I’ll help you with the claim.
Copyright
Once paid in full, you can use the deliverables within the agreed scope. Source files are handed over only if they’re part of the offer. Fonts, photos and other third-party materials are subject to their own licences. I may show finished work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
Liability
I’m responsible for delivering the agreed scope by the agreed deadline. I’m not liable for print defects caused by the printer, or for errors in content you approved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If the language versions differ, the Czech version prevails. The current version is always on this page.
